Brad Horn is a passionate and creative photojournalist based in Reno, NV, primarily covering the Northern Nevada region but available for editorial and commercial assignments throughout the United States and worldwide. Horn spent 10 years shooting editorial assignments as a staff photographer at the Nevada Appeal and has been a freelance photographer for the Associated Press and The New York Times. Since 2009, he has worked as a staff photojournalist for KTVN Channel 2 News, an investigative photojournalist at KRNV Channel 4 News, and as a production manager at SoSu TV.
He now works as the State Photographer in Nevada creating images and videos for Governor Steve Sisolak, the Nevada Department of Transportation, and other state agencies.
Horn has won numerous awards for his still photography from the Associated Press and the Nevada Press Association and has been nominated for regional Emmy Awards and won an Edward R. Murrow award for his news documentaries.
